We are absolutely delighted with our experience at Mattress Firm!! Josh took the time to really educate us on the many components of what is needed to ensure a great night of rest. We were surprised by how advanced this technology has improved over the last six years since purchasing our last bed! We are so thankful for Josh’s help with selecting the right size and firmness of the mattress, finding our amazing pillows that were sized just right, providing advice on protecting our new mattress and pillows…and even with providing advice on what to be aware of when selecting a compatible bed frame. Josh J was very knowledgeable and respected our budget and found us a good quality mattress. He’s very personable, and helped us narrow down the style of mattress we’d like. Josh customer service was outstanding. Very friendly, immediately I got to the store he welcomed me in a friendly and happy manner. He answered or my questions in a friendly and professional manner.
