I absolutely love this Mattress Firm! Bryan and Alexa were so helpful. My mom was dealing with vertigo while shopping and they both took their time while helping us and allowed my mom to be able to find the perfect mattress. Alexa actually helped us 2 years ago get another mattress and she remembered that I have cats and asked about them which is something that stood out to me.

I came into Mattress Firm Woodinville without really knowing my needs for a new mattress. My sales man Zach Slagle was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped me to narrow down my search. Zach was also considerate of my budget, and I never felt pressured to buy. 😁 I appreciated the experience and ended up purchasing a new mattress with setup/removal. Had a great experience here with both Christopher and Jim who were both very concerned with making sure my needs were met at a price I could afford. I actually went in recently to make a payment on the mattress I bought from Christopher and wound up buying a second for my guest bedroom after talking to Jim. That's how great the service was. Will definitely be back when I decide to upgrade my guest bedroom's mattress!
