My experience was great. The customer service representative that assist us in finding the right mattress, was very nice, patient and knowledgeable. She made me want to spend money i didn’t have, if that makes sense? I was already preparing to buy a upgrade from the one i did buy. Overall, It was a great choice and I’m happy i chose to go there.

It’s was great! Sorry I forgot I guys name that helped us but he was awesome! Didn’t try and sell us something just because and he was very honest about all the details on the mattresses we were looking at. I’m overall very pleased with my purchase and can’t wait to try out my new mattress and adjustable bed frame!!

Really great service. James was very patient with me. I didn't really know what I wanted but after trying a few mattresses I kept coming back to one, which I ended up buying. They were able to work around my goofy pickup because I can't come pick it up or have it delivered until after I move.
