Incredible and awesome customer service !!! I had recently purchased 2 queen mattress along with bed frame. Starting from mattress selection till delivery , everything is pretty smooth. A very big sought out for Jacob whose knowledge, suggestion, customer dealing amazed me. He was able to give us a very nice deal. He spent lot time going through multiple options and helping me out. Incredible customer service! I was in search for a good metal bed frame which could have same day pickup, and was so thrilled that Mattress Firm had exactly what I was looking for and available to take home right away. Jake at this New Berlin location specifically was great to work with and so helpful and knowledgeable about the different products.
