Incredible customer service! I was in search for a good metal bed frame which could have same day pickup, and was so thrilled that Mattress Firm had exactly what I was looking for and available to take home right away. Jake at this New Berlin location specifically was great to work with and so helpful and knowledgeable about the different products.
