Brad was absolutely amazing! We came in with only 30 minutes till closing, but he did not rush us and took time to educate us on the mattress making sure we made the right decision. Mattress has not been delivered yet but the customer service alone with Brad today was top notch!! Very happy we decided to purchase from Mattress Firm today!

Stopped randomly at Mattress Firm to look around. The manager, Alan, was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. We tried several mattresses we liked, but decided to do some more research on line and check out Hasseless. In the end, we went back to Mattress Firm and buy from Alan. He was easy to work with and could answer all our questions. We highly recommend Mattress Firm!

I did not get the gentleman’s name, but the service was great. I needed a frame for a footboard/headboard that is nearly 30 years old. It is not a style of frame typically stocked in a store today. The salesman/manager knew exactly what I needed, and was able to direct me to the product online. It has been delivered to my apartment and should work well. THANK YOU!!!
