My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a king sized mattress. However the model we had, had been discontinued and was no longer available. Shawn helped us find out what we wanted, nay needed, in a mattress. He also was able to get it delivered rapidly. The delivery people were in and out so quickly, and professionally. I barely blinked and they were already on their way to the next house. All I know is that next time I'm going to be looking for a mattress, I'm going back to here. Shawn was just that good with helping find a perfect mattress for us.

Jake, the Sleep Expert that helped me today, was very courteous and helpful. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and he was able to answer my questions and direct me to the item I was hoping to buy. I could have gone to a big box store for what I wanted, a matress protector. But, I wanted to be able to ask specific questions of a sales representative that had knowledge about the product. Jake was great. I'm glad I decided to go to Mattress Firm.

Jake was awesome. He wasn’t kidding when he said he was a sleep expert. He earned our business. We checked out other places in town that had the same product but weren’t nearly as knowledgeable of the product or the different options. On top of that, he helped an elderly woman who came in looking for help finding a completely unrelated business. Wasn’t even looking for a mattress. Not enough good people in the world like him.
