Dale was extremely helpful and no pressure at all. Didn't scoff at me for asking for the 199 sale beds and showed me my options. and guess what....i walked out with a bed 3 times the price, 2 pillows, and sheets. As a sales guy myself, i appreciate people who are truly helpful. My fiancé and I are excited for our new bed in July :)

While visiting family I had the opportunity to try a Tempur-Pedic mattress; best 10 nights of sleep I had in years. After extensive product and pricing research it was time for me to visit a store with my inquires. Upon entering I met Dale, whom I would describe as a low key, patient and experienced salesman. Because of his knowledge of available inventory at the outlet store, he was was obtain me a package that featured my preferred mattress and an adjustable base within my budget. Beds are beds but the customer service here is exceptional. I bought a bed here in 2018 that I couldn't be happier with and just this week purchased a new queen size for our son. Despite an oversight on our end (not getting split box frames), Bill the manager at this location made sure we got what we needed. Thanks Bill!
