This was our second time buying from Mattress firm and importantly working with Dale. He is the primary reason we returned. He was extremely knowledgeable, giving us outstanding advice and helped us select the perfect mattress to fit the needs of our guest bedroom. He also provided measurements to ensure we picked the correct box springs height, he guided us on the decision to purchase a split box springs as well so it could fit up our stairs as well. He was polite and professional and an excellent representation of Mattress firm!
