I was in and out with the right mattress for my husband and I in less than 30 min. Sam was amazing, direct and knowledgeable.... I will never buy another mattress from anywhere else, or for that matter, any other sales rep. He deserves a raise. He handled multiple customers without dropping the ball. I worked retail mgt for many years and was nothing short of impressed with Sam's efficiency. Great staff, clean store and good prices! 10/10 would recommend

The manager John was well knowledgeable about the mattresses that was for sale in the store. Plus will knowledge on other items in store also great salesman. Mattress firm is where it’s at don’t waste your time shopping around you can’t go wrong if you shop there first.

Sam was awesome. He walked us through everything we needed to know and took the time to go through the different styles of mattresses and asked us what we liked. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. Great experience!.

Jake was fantastic! We were about to leave and he stopped us and asked us a few questions and showed me several different beds. I found one I loved and he gave us all the information and he answered every question we had. We had a lot of fun with him while he was writing things up. We had already gone to a couple different places but Jake made us feel welcome and he is a fantastic sales person.

If you are in the market for a Mattress, Mattress Firm is the place to go. If you are able to go to the Miller Parkway location, ask for Jake Hughes. From the moment I stepped into the store, I felt right at home. I was warmly greeted and professionally treated. I did not feel any pressure from Jake and he was very patient with me. I narrowed it down to two mattresses, and I must have laid on each at least a dozen times! 😲 Even though Jake had just got his lunch as I walked in the door, he waited through the whole process with total patience. He also gave me my space and time to make a decision. I will have to say, combined with Jake’s sense of humor, it was quite fun! 😀 Thank you Jake! I am sorry if your tacos were probably cold by the time you got to enjoy them! 🤣😂 . On another note, I got my mattress very quickly and am loving it. 😊….Bottom line, save yourself some hassles and go visit Jake at Mattress Firm.
