From the time I walked into the store. Dixie was so welcoming. She listened to me and addressed my concerns. She took her time and had me try out different mattress and suggested different sleep patterns for me to try. She suggested different pillows for me to try to ensure I get the best sleep. Dixie was so knowledgeable and treated me as if we were old friends. Before I knew it I was buying a much needed mattress and pillow. I enjoyed Dixie so much. I wish I could buy another mattress!! I bought 2 mattresses from Dixie back in 2020. They have been the best purchase I’ve ever made! A friend of mine asked what the name of the mattress was so I called Dixie today to ask her. I went to Mattress Firm because I was told by some co-workers that their prices are very low and that they had great customer service and financing. I was looking for a twin mattress for my son and I knew that I wanted a gel foam cooling mattress and I was sure that I wanted the mattress to be 10 or 12inch thick. I was greeted at the door by Steve and he was very helpful with showing me different variations of twin mattresses. I did purchase a 10 inch Medium Memory Foam Mattress Twin Prime, and it was a bed in a box. Which was great for transporting. I know that my son is going to enjoy this mattress. I picked up the mattress the same day from the Mattress Firm Warehouse. If you are considering purchasing a mattress, I would suggest that you stop by Mattress Firm and tell them Twila sent you. 😁

The lady Dixie that works there is one of the best sales person! My husband really need a lift bed and she help then he didn’t like the mattress and she got on it to find him another and set the delivery up for next day before he comes home from hospital! I think highly of her she’s awesome! Cares about the customer!❤️
