So far, so good! The customer service has been excellent. We worked with Tom. He was friendly and discussed all options and was very respectful to allow us whatever worked best for our needs. We have not gotten our new mattress yet. We did thoroughly enjoy the shopping experience with Mattress Firm and can't wait to enjoy our beautiful, new bed. The prices are good. There are financing options. I would definitely shop there again. Although, it is my hopes that it will be a number of years in the future before the need arises. ;)

We have purchased all of our beds, box springs, and bed frames from here for the last few years. Jason is the best. We most recently shopped for a bed for one of our younger kids. Jason asked her questions, treated her with genuine respect, and helped find the right mattress in our price range. Great experience, as always.

I moved to Arkansas very recently, so I needed to buy a comfy, nice mattress that can last longer. I didn’t expect to find the best fit for me just for one shot. So I just tried to see what mattresses this store has, without any huge expectation. But man, the manager, Tom was incredibly sweet and nice, so I didn’t even think about visiting other stores, and just decided to go with this place🥺❤️ He asked me several question in regards to my sleeping habits and sleeping position and stuff, and he showed me several options that I could take. He never lost his smile on his face, he was just SO polite and respectful, making me to feel so much welcomed in a new town! Everybody that I met in Fayetteville area was so nice including Tom, and I cannot wait my new journey here!!! I am waiting for my new mattress to arrive, and I cannot wait to sleep on that comfy mattress. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, Tom:)
