Rob did a remarkable job handling two customers today without missing a beat. He was knowledgeable of the products and sympathetic to the person's budget. He was customer friendly and moved the potential sale opportunity into a final sale, with patience and the company's agenda as his final focus. The store was clean and airy with hand sanitizer, gloves and mask available for use while customers search/look for the best deal.
