top notch customer service! I was not able to go into the store & nervous about trying to pick & purchase sight unseen but Sara was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and sweet. Though I will not see oh feel my new Mattress until next week I am confident in my purchase. Sara assured me and let me know about Mattress Firm 3 months to try it out. Excited to get my new mattress and I don’t need to worry about my old mattress set because on delivery they will pick up the old. Thank you so much
