I enjoyed the person who gave me an estimate on the mattress I wanted. I believe the lady’s name who helped me was Neah, but I am not positive. She showed me great options as well as she picked mattresses that were within my budget which is something I really appreciated. I also enjoyed her light and funny spirit. She was not pushy at all, and let us have time to decide. I also enjoyed the person who checked us out, which was a man named Enrique, I believe. He made the process extremely simple and delivered exactly what we asked for.

Lisa did a great job helping us out. Very concise and attentive without being over the top. We went in wanting to try out the Purple Plus mattress to compare the difference in our original Purple mattress. It was not in stock, but we really liked the Purple hybrid. It was just a little too high of a price point at the moment. Lisa informed us of Mattress Firm’s outlet program and was able to find the Purple hybrid in our price range. We touch a night to think about it and called the next day with a bunch of questions which she was able to answer and advise on. Really great customer service experience overall. Hopefully we approve of the mattress upon delivery as well. As far as the in store experience it was awesome

Went in to buy new mattresses for our boys. The store was clean and well laid out, and we received excellent help from the manager, Eric. After seeing that the mattresses we had intended to get were not what we had expected, Eric helped us to determine a better alternative without pressuring us in any way to spend more than we wanted and even took the time to ensure that we had everything that we needed and would have the mattresses delivered in a timely manner. Will definitely looking to continue doing business at this location in the near future.
