Amazing purchase experience! Danny was one of the best sales rep we’ve ever met! He helped us choose a mattress & adjustable base that fit our needs and budget. He was knowledgeable, professional and super nice, and even threw a couple goodies in our super deal! All the other staff in the store were friendly and helpful as well. Stephanie was aaamaaazing. We came to the store not knowing what we need and what we want and Stephanie helped us with everything, educated us fully And helped to make an informative decision. We laughed, had so much fun and chose the best mattress! It happened almost a week ago and we’re still talking about her and so happy with our choice! Just an amazing person, associate. Danny helped me and I truly had an amazing experience! I’d never bought from a mattress store before and it was a hugely different experience. Danny listened to my problems with my current mattress and my concerns about pain and he showed me multiple options to help me narrow down exactly what I wanted. And he worked extra hard to get me the absolute best deal. It truly was a steal! And because I had chosen to get a mechanical bed frame on clearance that someone had once returned - he made sure to get me an extended warranty in case anything should happen with the mechanics - which I thought was so thoughtful! So pleased with my experience. Will never shop for a mattress anywhere else.

Let me start by saying that this might have been one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Ace and his whole team of professionals really know how to provide top notch customer service. We came in just browsing around and ended up leaving with a mattress in order. They offered us a really good return policy with a zero delivery and zero restocking fee, as we were in between two mattresses. Also an extra 100 dollars off on top of our Labor Day discount! Such a pleasant experience with the Mattress Firm Burbank team. Highly recommend this store to anyone. Go see Ace and his 5 star team!
