Excellent customer service great deals on name brand mattresses and automatic adjustable bases. The person that helped me out was super friendly and knowledgeable on the best bed for pain management and acid reflux. The sales guy was so patient and really did a great job on getting me what I wanted in very comfortable price range with delivery, installation, and a really nice bed protector. I have included a picture of the floor model bed we are getting I also got my King size adjustable bed for the size of a Queen😁😁😁😁 I had been to a few other mattress stores before coming here and I was a little burnt out because the other stores had cheap non name brand beds for the same price as quality beds it was ridiculous! i was happy to find what I really wanted with excellent customer service! Their beds come with a 10 year warranty and adjustable bases 2yr warranty and 5 year guarantee on parts! The bases are on an excellent sale when you buy with the mattress right now. Check them out if you are looking for a quality bed and great customer service!!!!

The experience at this store -great. The selection of mattresses, bases & covers -excellent. Gabriel- “Gabe” was awesome! Sealed the deal! He knew the product -Beauty Rest. He was familiar & helpful navigating my specifications/needs of mattresses /base. Gabe is professional, knowledgeable & friendly-making this a truly pleasant purchase experience. Sales guy (think his name was Gabe) was probably the best salesperson Ive ever worked with. Wasn’t too excited to drop money on a new mattress and base but he showed a bunch of options that were within and around my budget and never pressured me at all. He was super knowledgeable and I cant believe there was so much to know about choosing a bed. At the end, he helped me pick one that was right for me. Again, wasn’t initially excited to spend a bunch of money on a mattress (as i am in school currently) but he helped me pick a financing plan that worked for me and I left the store super excited about my purchase and feeling great about it! Delivery came the next day and im having the best sleep of my life now!

I had a great experience with Robert at Mattress Firm. He was so helpful and fun to work with. He double checked to see that products were in stock for me, he switched mattresses around for me to keep trying several times and he didn’t get impatient or pushy! Super helpful!
