Had a wonderful experience Saturday with Fernando and Santiago. We went in knowing the product we’ve had our eye on. Called ahead to see if it was in stock. Went to the location and was immediately greeted by both of them. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They solidified our choice. We were able to pick it up at the distribution center that afternoon and set it up immediately. I’ve been in years of pain. 4 to be exact. This was night 2 sleeping on this new bed and I almost cried tears of joy this morning waking up. Neck, hip, back, should pain almost completely gone! Thank you!

Fernando was absolutely amazing! I walked in already having two mattresses in mind. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through my choices and showed me a comparable option. As a chronic indecisive mattress returner, I wanted this purchase to be my final one for the long haul! He educated me extensively on which would best fit my needs while allowing me all the time I needed to lay on my choices and continue hopping back and forth between them. He was personable, friendly, and a true “sleep expert” who made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I ended up leaving after an hour of having his complete and full attention with a new mattress purchased and delivery scheduled! I could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience with Fernando.

Such a onderful customer service provided by Fernando. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and really took time to explain all the features to us. There was no sales pressure and he was just genuinely kind. I had checked out some other mattress stores in the area but none of them had as great service as Fernando provided… and he made the purchase process so easy and enjoyable.
