Our experience when visiting Sleep Train on Fred Waring in Palm Desert was EXCEPTIONAL! Drew showed such patience with us as we tested many , many mattresses. His ability to listen to our likes and dislikes in order to direct us to the many options the store had to offer was 5 Diamond+. We selected our mattress and they were able to accommodate our request for a speedy delivery (due to needing the delivery to occur a day before planned surgery). In summary, we would HIGHLY recommend Drew / Fred Waring Store to everyone!

10/10 experience. All the staff was so helpful and kind, especially Ralph! Ralph went above and beyond helping me find the perfect bed! I went into the store knowing nothing about beds and he answered all my questions and more with a smile on his face. Most places just try to get a sale but not here, which I loved. I never felt any pressure to buy anything and he was very informative :) Overall an amazing experience!

Ron is the best! He has worked with me to find the perfect mattress and that included having to exchange products twice because they weren’t the right option. Tristan was also extremely helpful and both sales people worked to find me the best product and the best deal!

My GF and I went to Mattresses Firm in Rancho Mirage. Ron was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us and we ended up buying a mattress with and adjustable frame. The experience was much easier and calmer than I expected. I highly recommend going in and seeing Ron if you are looking for a new bed.
