I want to share my wonderful experience that I had with Audrey. My daughter is suffering with stage 4 lung cancer and we needed a mattress for her to put in the living room as she can no longer sleep in her bedroom upstairs. I had no idea what to get with the budget that I had to work with. Audrey was so kind and very informative regarding all the wonderful mattresses. I was able to choose and purchase a great mattress for a great price along with the mattress protector and a pillow. I am so pleased with my purchase and so grateful for Audrey. Wow! Where do I even start!! I had Thee best experience. Jim was our sales guy. He actually listens. He helped us select the perfect mattress ! Buying a mattress can be hard with all the variety to choose from. We feel so lucky and fortunate that we went to Mattress Firm. I had the best experience from the beginning to end!!! From incredible customer service from Audrey who answered all my questions and got back to me so quickly with incredible responses!!! She was so kind and friendly and so helpful!! The delivery was so easy and the people were so quick at getting my bed frame set up! My bed frame is a dream and really helped with my back. I got the Mattress Firm 300 adjustable frame which has been incredible!! I highly recommend the adjustable Frame and working with Mattress Firm and Audrey!

Our Sleep Expert Jon was very knowledgable and friendly. He was the only person working on the busy President’s Day sale and I know he didn’t get to eat lunch because he was so busy. Thanks, man. The store was clean, the music selection was nice, the covid precautions were appropriate, and deals were very good. We purchased a king size inner spring mattress with adjustable frame and it was delivered the next day. The deals were just as good (if not better) than what we saw online and were happy that we got to try out our mattress in-person.
