Zayd was some of the best help we've had in a long time. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He made buying a bed a very enjoyable experience compared to previous bed shopping we've done. We walked out of Mattress Firm today with a new bed and in budget! We had low expectations but are walking out happy and they well exceeded out expectations. I would recommend buying your bed here! Thanks Zayd!! They also had awesome deals, we got $1000 knocked off between the bed and adjustable bed frame!! Not sure how long the deal goes on, but it made a great difference in our overall total.

Jacob was phenomenal!! Super patient he helped us decide what mattress we wanted for 2 HOURS! The patience on this man. He also offered us cheaper prices and hooked it up. Definitely will be returning along with my family.

Aaron was very helpful with finding our perfect mattress. He listened to our concerns and gave us great feedback. He was very informative with all of the deals going on in store as well. He helped us save a lot of money and didn’t force any up sales on us which I was happy with. I did not feel pressured to make any purchase which I was not 100% on board with. He was also very friendly.

Ellie was very friendly, capable and helpful during the brief time we were there. She listened to our conversation and actually adjusted what she showed us. I entered intending to buy one and maybe a second mattress. She was patient and never made me feel pressured. In the end I decided to buy the second mattress due to the sale price. Ellie was informative but never repetitive or pressuring.

Hate to leave a bad review but the false information given and inconvenience is too large to not consider if you are thinking about purchasing from this store. We were told by two different associates that we could have our mattress delivered on a specific date as long as we called to tell them that specific date within 24 hrs. I thought that was too good to be true so I confirmed with both associates I spoke to multiple times. I called 48 hrs in advance just to be sure and give extra time for the delivery when I was told the mattress actually wouldn’t arrive for about 2-3 weeks, leaving us to sleep on the floor for that time. I also had to confirm our added bundle would also arrive with our mattress. Without confirming, it would not have been included. I totally understand miscommunication but because I confirmed multiple (at least 3-4 times) it doesn’t seem like a 2-way miscommunication, it seems like someone gave us false information. Just thought I’d give a heads up to anyone shopping here! UPDATE: since the original issue , we received calls from the original employee we spoke to and the manager, both apologizing for the inconveniences and letting us know they have spoken with the other employees so this issue shouldn’t arise again! They also made sure to get us a mattress, although not the one we ordered, on our original delivery day so we have something to sleep on while we wait for our other one to be delivered! Appreciate the professional and courteous service, they were very apologetic and understanding.
