My daughter is a student-athlete at Stanford. Sleeping well is key to her success. She was having a hard time sleeping with her foam topper, which I bought for her last year at another store. Tony was absolutely wonderful! He asked her all the right questions in order to get to the bottom of “why” she was uncomfortable sleeping. He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. He suggested a spring mattress for her needs and I believe it will make a big difference. He had a great attitude and was doing everything to make us happy. We purchased a mattress and my daughter can’t wait to have it delivered to her dorm. I also met the manager, Nika, who was very nice, helpful and professional. Matress Firm in Redwood City has good employees who are working to meet the needs of their clients. I am super grateful for the positive experience.

I want to express how fantastic the customer service experience was that I had with Maryjane. I needed a headboard bracket for the MF300 adjustable bed I bought years ago, and Maryjane helped track down which kind I needed which turned out to be very challenging. She went the extra mile to talk to the warehouse, and to talk to each store in the area to find out who had what I needed. She was extremely helpful and I would have been lost in a wild goose chase without her. Thank you, Maryjane!!
