My wife and I wanted to buy a firm twin mattress for my son, and we visited several stores in our neighborhood over the weekend. We had not made our decisions until the last stop. When we entered the store, Paul welcomed us and started to introduce different mattresses. He has a great knowlege on different characteristics of mattress, why they are different, and how the differences will have effects on our needs. The warranty replacement process was extremely straightforward and Mattress Firm gave me a (generous) credit for the full purchase price of the original mattress.
