This was the best experience of buying a bed and frame. Charmaine was a jewel she took her time to explain the bed that I wanted. Since she was the only sales person in store she was very polite when other customers came in to let them know she was the only one there and she would be with them as soon as she could and she never rushed the sale just because other people came in, she just informed them. Which I thought was very professional. Loved her attitude and professionalism. Thank you Charmaine for helping me with the purchase of my bed and bed frame.

I am never disappointed when I purchase from mattress firm! I had purchased a mattress about 5 years ago, and knew when I relocated to CA that I was going to shop for my new mattress with Mattress firm. I visited this location 2 days ago and met a lovely employee named Kayla who was absolutely phenomenal! She was literally a ball of energy knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Charmain went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was pressed for time and had a small window of availability to get my matress delivered and she took care of me and made everything line up perfectly and actually was able to help me order the matress I was looking for and pay online and it only took a few minutes. She was very helpful and friendly over the phone I would definitely recommend this place and especially Charmain if you need help. Thanks again!
