I just moved to the area and was looking for a new mattress to purchase. I came to Mattress Firm, and was greeted by Samantha. She did an excellent job of explaining all the details on each mattress and type, as well as pricing information and financing options. I tried out most memory foam mattresses but decided on the Nectar. Hopefully it's as good as advertised. But I will come back again for future needs. Big thanks to Samantha for all the help! P.S. I found a lower price on their website and they honored it!

Good selection of top grade mattresses. The salesman was pleasant, not pushy. He answered questions. I got a Purple mattress. I am hopeful that I will happy with the purchase. I went to several other stores to look at mattresses. This place impressed me. I have recommended that family members buy here as well.

We could not believe how much fun it could be going to try out mattresses! Ken at Mattress Firm San Marcos, was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but he was a ton of fun to work with. It’s the holiday season and he’s also a full fledged Santa Claus in his spare time. The beard is real! Ken took the time to educate us on the types of mattresses, had us try numerous ones out and didn’t try to upsell anything. Their inventory is wonderful and fits all financial needs. Lots of perks and price cuts to offer and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase as well as the service we got at this store. Thank you Ken, for making our mattress purchasing experience awesome!

We had such a wonderful experience. Matthew at the San Marcos store was extremely helpful and not only a great employee but person as well. Every employee went above and beyond. We found the mattress we wanted and it was out of our budget but they made it happen still within our budget…for the exact mattress we wanted. We would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a mattress
