I had a great experience ordering two King mattress sets for my home from Mattress Firm. I called ahead to make sure there was someone there to help me. I was greeted by a gentleman named Jose on the phone, he said he would be waiting for me and ready to help me when I arrived a couple hours later. This location has two benefits - the store is easy to find and Juan. Juan is probably the best part of my mattress shopping experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward. He knew what questions to ask me about what I was looking for. He shared all the available options for what we needed. I even forgot to measure everything so he worked with me over the phone to order and set up deliver. He was excellent.

We have purchased two mattress sets from here in the past four months. Service here is better than other locations and the selection is just right. Delivery is timely. Pricing still feels like buying a used car so do your homework and be prepared to walk if you feel you can purchase from another store for less.
