Tara was very professional about helping us find the right mattress. Very patient, helpful, not pushy. After we had gotten pretty close to choosing, she had us try some much less expensive mattresses just to see if we could be happy with a low-cost unit. That tells me she is genuinely trying to help the customer get the right-for-them mattress. At delivery, Alex went above and beyond what was expected. Super great service! All delivery guys should aspire to be like Alex. All-in-all, just a great mattress, great sales, great delivery service. Thank you!

Great Store!! My Salesman John was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress for me and within my budget. He was not a pushy salesman at all, like I've run into in other furniture stores.. He even spent the time looking online at their outlet store to find the mattress at a discounted price for me. Can't wait to have my new mattress delivered.

The service at the Vista Mattress Firm store was simply wonderful. Even though the sales woman was dealing with three separate customers, she took the time to help me with the sale of one of their clearance mattresses. When it turned out that the one I was hoping to buy would not be delivered for another two weeks, she gave me an even better deal on another mattress, giving me the more expensive mattress for the same price. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
