I set up my 3 year old daughters new bedroom set today (ordered online) and noticed her mattress sat too low on her new platform bed. I then called over to the Pioneer Hills Mattress Firm and Cole got me hooked up with a new twin 5” box spring SAME DAY! Also, the whole purchasing process took less than 5 minutes. Mike helped us from the moment we walked in, he educated us on features and waited patiently as we asked questions and explored— not knowing exactly what we wanted. He was flexible and kind. My experience at the store was wonderful we walked in and Hannah immediately greeted us letting us in that she would be right with us. After she finished with a customer before us she helped us choose between which two mattresses we were initially interested in. After laying on the softer one of course I couldn’t resist and Hannah was the best. Thank you.
