1st time going there, I will definitely be shopping here from now on. James at the pioneer hills store is the best! It went from intimidating to easy in minutes! James' quick knowledge of products & great listening skills made answering our questions so easy to decide which mattress was best for my teenagers. He was very polite & thoughtful. Rick was so kind; I walked in knowing which mattress I wanted and Rick showed me a mattress similar since they didn’t have the exact one in stock. We spoke about box springs, and while most salesmen would try to push for more sales, he suggested I give it a try without a box spring. He said, “I’m all about saving money!” Such an awesome experience and it was nice getting a salespersons advice without feeling like they are pushing to make a sale. 10/10!

I have to give 5 stars to the service provided by Dylan at this Mattress Firm. I went to another mattress store before coming here but once I began talking with Dylan I was sold on giving them my business. I ended up getting two mattress and two adjustable beds and the accessories at this location due to Dylan's service. I ended up having a question and called the store and it was Dylan's day off so I spoke with Michael and again his service was fantastic. The service and the attention to detail from this store were phenomenal. If you are needing a new mattress don't hesitate and go to this location.
