Went to Mattress Firm a couple of days ago looking for a new mattress for my son. Howard helped us out and he was awesome! He was so knowledgeable, very personable, answered all my questions and was so helpful and patient as my son tried out several mattresses. Howard helped us find the perfect mattress and the price was GREAT! I’ll definitely be returning to this store in the future!

In short, Howard’s Google reviews were the reason why we went. Jimmy and his team (delivery) was also very efficient and respectful. I would recommend using delivery and set up. Howard by far has been the best salesman we’ve (my wife and I) ever had the experience to work with. He was not only very knowledgeable but, respectful and catered to our needs for a new mattress/frame without being at all pushy or emphasizing the need for a more expensive one. He was ***at all times transparent*** about pricing, financing, costs, knowledge and reliability of the products. To my wife and I, this is 100% the representation of setting the example of a reputable, professional and successful business with amazing customer service. This was our first time to a Mattress Firm following countless visits to other stores for a mattress. You get what you paid for here, without the hidden price gouging or pushy salesman.
