Howard was our salesperson and was very knowable about every mattress on the display floor. Great attitude and very pleasant to work with. Gave us a lot of discounts that came with the Labor Day sales that we weren't aware of. Got the mattress and we are very happy with the results. The delivery driver Brian and his partner were also very good at what they do, very fast and polite. Thanks mattress firm employees, you all make the company look great and we'll pass the word to all we know.

Howard was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our mattress. He didn't pressure us into decisions or high prices but just supported us in what we decided was best for us. He continued to be available and supportive throughout the mattress delivery and with some issues afterwards that had nothing to do with mattress firm. We definitely appreciated his sales style, which is much more supportive and educational than the typical pressure tactics used in furniture stores. And we are really happy with our mattress so far.
