Wilbur gave the specifics on a few mattresses I was interested in purchasing. He was informative about the different mattress’s & controller features. He explained financing options & rebates details. After purchasing & setting up a delivery date he made sure I was satisfied with my visit at Mattress Firm and to call with any further questions or concerns. I went in to the store to look. It’s been years since I bought a new mattress set and due to a car accident two years ago I also have herniated discs in my neck. I was slightly leery about high pressure sales. Wilbor was fantastic. He listened to me and what my comfort issues and concerns are. He put together a quote for me and didn’t pressure me at all. I’m deciding on two different mattresses and two bases at this point. Regardless of which set I end up with, he made all the difference!! I will be buying from Mattress Firm!
