Cayden was such as awesome person. We ordered a mattress and the shipment was running late. He was able to upgrade us to make sure we had the mattress on time and an even better one,our son had the perfect birthday. Wonderful customer service .

Farrah very patiently showed us through a great selection. She narrowed the choices based on our preferences and took us in different directions to try alternatives. We were amazed with the variety in the store. We left happy with a wonderful new bed in our price range that will be delivered in a few days. All in all a positive experience!

We came into this store about 6 months ago to purchase a mattress, but didn't. We returned again today to work with Ben who remembered the mattresses we looked at then. His memory was better than ours! We bought our mattress this time and had a little trouble on the phone with the financing company, but Ben saw us through to the end with wonderful patience and humor. Overall, a great experience. Ben is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and is a pleasure to work with. Thank you Ben!

The store is very clean and welcoming. The staff were dressed and groomed very professionally. The selection was great and everything we liked was in stock. Cayden was very knowledgeable and a natural professional while staying down to earth. Mattress Firm is lucky to have him. He also seemed well supported by other staff and everyone worked as a team. Five stars from the time we walked in all the way through to the warehouse personnel and picking up our mattress. The prices were very competitive as well. Thank You very much.
