Pleasant visit. Our sales lady (so sorry I forgot her name!) was very informative and not pushy at all. We left without buying so we can weigh our options and then decided later in the day she deserved our business. This is our 3rd time to buy from Mattress firm and will probably buy again in the future.

We had a great experience at the Mattress Firm, Lakewood--from receiving extensive help in choosing the right mattress for us and until delivery. Because our mattress was out of stock and we had to wait a week for it's delivery, the store compensated us by giving us a free matress of our preferred firmness. The delivery process was also very seamless--our mattress was delivered right at our doorstep without any delivery fee. I'd definitely recommend this store for everyone's mattress needs.
