Denzel was amazing. I always looked at mattress salesmen like I look at car salesmen. However Denzel was gracious not pushy and I never felt he was trying to up sell me. However we did by a$7k bed because he was so informed about the product and we trusted him. He and Robbie are fine representatives for Mattress Firm.
