Our sales person - Gerald - was knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, is professional, and was able to help us pick the perfect mattress within minutes. The store also has a wide selection of mattresses on display. Delivery date/time was flexible and convenient, and the automated delivery notification system was spot on.

Had an EXCELLENT experience with Hector today, purchased a mattress that I love at the price that I was hoping for. I felt very well taken care of and I am so excited about my new bed. Hector was very professional and didnt make me feel uncomfortable like some people in sales might. He was respectful and didnt put any pressure on buying, but I am so happy that I did!
