Nick was very personable, kind, and has excellent customer service skills! Good listener regarding all my mattress health related specifications. Showed me the perfect mattress for me right out of the gate. And offered me a price match for other items that I had found online! He also found the perfect mattress for my older son and gave him a great discount since we were buying two. Will recommend to friends and family! I purchased for my younger son in Madison, Wisconsin a year and a half ago and had the same fantastic Mattress Firm experience. They are by far the best place to buy a mattress! Thanks so much Nick! Everything about working with this business was excellent. I called them from California because my family lost everything in their New Smyrna Beach home from Hurricane Ian and they needed beds asap. From the sales associate Jose to the delivery people, the service and product were nothing short of excellent. This is a great example of a well-run business. Please patronize them whenever possible. Nicolas 2 offered excellent customer service! Didn't make it feel inconvenient to swap out similar mattresses and test them. Willing to price match and wasn't a pushy salesman. Great employee!!
