Jason and Rob were both very knowledgeable on various types of mattresses. Due to the fact this is such a large purchase it took me several visits into the store to finally decide on the perfect mattress. They were both very patient, nice and understanding. I recommend Mattress firm highly!

Jason, Rob, and Rick were very helpful in finding us our brand new mattress. We originally got a King mattress but we needed to switch it with a Cal King and the whole team was able to get it done for us very quickly and hassle free. I would highly recommend this location.

I wasn’t looking forward to bed shopping. Bed shopping is almost as bad as car shopping. Reluctantly my wife, my mother and I walked into Mattress Firm looking for a queen size bed for the guest room in my mother’s condo (where my wife and I spend a couple of months each year). My first impression was that it's a nice store. The Delray Mattress Firm is large, clean, covid safe, with a good display of beds. My wife has been searching online and she noticed that Rob has a very high Google Review star rating. Reading lots of reviews about Mattress Firm and Rob she felt this was the best store to start our shopping. Rob is knowledgeable and likes sharing what he knows about beds and sleep. A low pressure, detailed sales pitch was what we needed and he delivered it. The right balance of listening to our wants/needs with the right level of details for my mother, wife and myself. By the time we walked out of the store we knew what we wanted. We went home and did a little more Googling about the mattress that Rob thought would meet our needs. The next afternoon we texted Rob that we wanted to come back in to talk with him. Our second time there was just as good. We ended up buying what we talked about the previous day. I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured. The package he put together met our needs and budget. We did go back with a review from Consumer Reports on mattresses. Rob was unfamiliar with this consumer magazine. A similar version of our mattress was listed for less than we were quoted for ours and he met the price. So, of course it pays to do some price comparison because mattress prices vary greatly from store to store and the process could be confusing. It was delivered two days later and that process was good. They let us know a 2 hour window when they would arrive. They got lost in our community, delaying arrival by 20 minutes as my wife and I waited outside to guide them to the right condo. The workers carried everything in and set it up which only took a few minutes. The workers had on protected shoe covers but they had them on while unloading the truck and as they carried the bed to the house. So it was more for show, as shoe protectors are for inside use only and the driver did put a cigarette out while wearing them in the parking lot. We found someone who wanted the old bed so they didn’t need to take it away, which was part of the package.This is where our star rating went down. We were told that if we didn’t need the bed removed there would be a discount on the delivery fee. My wife texted Rob and he replied “Yes, would you want a refund or a credit for a pillow.” and said he would check on it when he’s in the store tomorrow. She then sent a follow up with a copy of the receipt. A couple of text messages were sent but in the end we didn’t get any refund which we felt and he confirmed was owed. If it wasn’t for us finding a person who wanted the old bed, this wouldn’t have happened and I would have given 5 Stars. The removal of the old bed would have been much more time consuming and a pain to carry out of the condo.. The actual set up of the frame and mattress was easy and quick. We would have saved the money had we known, and just set it up ourselves. The bottom line is that we are happy with the bed. The ordering and delivery process was easy. The process was easier than I thought it would be.
