Was out shopping for a new mattress. Went into the Mattress Firm in Destin. Was immediately greeted with a smile and friendly hello by Judy. She let us know about the current sales. Asked us appropriate questions to understand what we were looking for. Let us try several mattresses and answered all of our questions. Ended up buying a queen mattress and received a free adjustable base. Delivery soon. Judy was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service without any pressure.
