We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new bed from Mattress Firm. After making our selection, the delivery day and time were established. The delivery people did what we were told they would do. I had to screw the headboard into the new bed rack, which I, at 83, would never gotten accomplished; however, my son happened to be here so we were able to get everything in place. I would suggest offering some additional support for older folks. It would be a nice extra that most people would be pleased to pay for the service.
