My husband and I bought the Tempur-pedic Smart-pro split king bed from your store in August. Darrius took fantastic care of us! He was patient and answered all of our questions. This was a huge investment for us, so we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. I have some health issues that require me to be able to raise the head and feet of my bed. My husband does snore, so he needs to be able to adjust his side as well. We're still getting used to all of options, but are extremely happy with our purchase! We chose the SmartPro bases and the Luxe Breeze medium hybrid mattresses. Thank you, Darrius, for all of your help and time! You had so many great points, tips and insights!

First time shopper. Great experience. Walked in was greeter as I came in to the establishment. A young lady by the name of angelia helped me. She ask me how she could help me. I told her that I was online looking to buy a mattress only. She processed to ask me some questions about my sleeping habits and she went on to show me several mattresses. I took my time laying on several that she Recommend it for my back. Finally I was down to 2 choices. And being on a budget as well. Angela gave me a discount on the one that I like the most. She was very Professional, kind, very patient, very attentive to everyone around her. As well as the other sales. Gentlemen, that was working with her. Hopefully I will have a great experience with my new mattress as I did in the store. Thank you Angela for the great experience.

Went shopping for a King mattress today at the location in the Forum. Jeannete was an outstanding guide, through the process!!! Her caring attitude, and attention to detail (listening to my preferences, recalling the belly-sleeping accommodations I needed & pointing out the outline of my fiance’s back on a too soft option!!!!) really made us feel good about making our purchase here, instead of going to the next store on our list.
