I visited mattress firm a month ago and Donovan was the sales expert that assisted me. I was looking for an apartment in Gainsville and wanted to check out mattresses. He spend probably over an hour with me to assist me in searching for and trying out all the beds that were within what I was looking for. He was kind, concise, transparent and professional. We kept in communication since my visit where he was checking on the daily for the brands I wanted via outlet. A month later… I am living in Gainsville with my lovely tempur-pedic bed and all the new accessories that go along with the bed. I am highly satisfied with the service I received. Happy customer!

Louise is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and friendly and hot! 🥵 Since the air in their store has been broken for a while!!
