Had a great experience purchasing a King Size Tempur-Pedic Lux Breeze Soft mattress. My sales agent Thomas was helpful with narrowing in what we wanted. No fault of Mattress Firm, after sleeping on the new mattress for 60 days, we determined there to be a defect. We went back to the store to double check and yes, the store model was significantly softer than ours. Since Thomas was out, I spoke to Erica on the phone, and she was a pleasure to speak with. When Thomas got back into work, he called me and insisted there was no defect but after a couple minutes of discussing he obliged and replaced the mattress with the same one but different batch. There was a little more resistance than I wanted but I'm glad they decided to make it right. Even during the break in period, our new mattress is night and day different between the old one. We are still in the break in period but I'm sleeping better than I have in months. I'm convinced we just got a firm mattress with a soft badge on it so I am very glad we decided to get a replacement. Mattress Firm also price matched a discount Tempur-Pedic offered so we saved almost $600 off our original sale price. We will be shopping here again. Thank you very much for the good service!
