Great sales people. Extremely helpful and non pushy. If you have to buy a mattress I would highly recommend these guys. I'm now adding to this. We bought a mattress from Mike Soto at the Town Center location. Great experience but unfortunately realized, after a while, that it was too soft for my back. I thought it would be a real hassle trying to exchange it. How wrong I was. I called Mike, explained the problem and he told me no worries he would call me back with a couple of options. In a nutshell, he called me back, I went and checked them out, he did all the paperwork and within two days they exchanged it! He even called me after delivery to make sure everything was OK. The delivery drivers on both occasions were also brilliant. Not accustomed to writing these type of reviews but just had to give credit where credits due. If you need a mattress I highly recommend you give Mike Soto at the Town Center Mattress Firm a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Christopher was amazing in understanding what I needed in order to have the best sleep possible. I appreciate the time spent with me and all the bed testing I was able to do. I was also pleased with how fast the delivery of the new mattress and pick up of the old mattress will be. Great job, quick, easy and efficient!

I had a great experience! I went in after checking out the mattress selection at a furniture store. Chris was excellent-- he asked great questions, and really listened to what I wanted. It was about finding the perfect fit for me--not about selling the most expensive product in the store.
