10 OUT OF 10 would recommend. Walked in and was greeted by Richard and was very friendly and open with my wife and I as “first time mattress buyers”. Richard was EXCEPTIONAL at informing us of the brands, quality and budget friendly options that best suits our needs without the “pressure to buy” that you feel walking into other furniture stores. With no intentions to purchase a bed set, we left happier as we can be with our dream bed with an adjustable base at a GREAT price! Richard walked us through from start to finish answering every question we threw at him. I NEVER leave reviews online but Richard’s service and experience warrants a job well done and has earned our business for many years to come.

I was shopping around for a new twin mattress for my daughter and I called Mattress Firm to see if they had any options in stock. Richard answered my call and he was extremely patient and helpful. The store was expected to close in 45 mins but he still welcomed me to the store to try out their selection. We ended up going to the store and making the purchase. Richard was friendly and he had great insight on all the mattress options. He even helped take the box to my truck. Thanks Richard for your great customer service!

My wife and I walked in expecting to just purchase a mattress. After meeting with Richard and viewing the selections, we opted to buy a mattress and an adjustable frame as well. Richard is awesome!!! I had a great experience from the time I walked inside of Mattress Firm, until the time I walked out. Richard is VERY knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the differences in the mattresses so that I could make a wise choice. Lastly, he was pleasant and professional.
