Mike Soto and the rest of the team at Mattress Firm went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my mattress. I purchased a mattress several months ago that ended up feeling uncomfortable after several nights. My daughter had purchased the same exact mattress in a different size and it was soft and comfortable. I thought that maybe mine just needed more time to settle so I toughed it out hoping it would soften. When it didn’t, I exchanged it for another- same model and brand. Unfortunately, same issue, just too firm. Today I returned to the same store and explained my problem. Mike took the time to help me find one that would work. When I explained that my 120 day trial was almost over and I was concerned I wouldn’t have time to see if the new one would work out, he waived the restocking fee and allowed me to return the previous one so I could purchase a new one and have a new 120 trial period. I was so pleased with him and his manager for going out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Because of their amazing service, I plan to only purchase my mattresses from Mattress Firm at this location.

Earl was as real as real can get. Very honest, very personable, and easy to talk to. He didn’t try to sell any gimmicks, was very forthcoming with all the details, and was also very impartial; he just wanted to supply us with personal details to help us make an informed decision. Can’t ask for much more than that. He is also a veteran and as an active duty service member, can’t thank him enough for working with me and keeping it REAL. Can’t spell Earl without Real. Great shopping experience, made our new bed buying experience really easy and honestly a wonderful employee to have on your team. Thanks man! Earl Harris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the differences on each mattress and was patient with us. He worked diligently to get us what we wanted. Mike (the older gentleman) was so incredibly kind and helped us found exactly what we wanted with great customer service to hand. He gave us a great deal with their promos and let us know every payment option and helped us pick the best one for our situation. We felt no overwhelming pressure to get additional products we may have not wanted, but he still let us know of their existence which is exactly what my girlfriend and I like. I’ll definitely recommend my friends and family to shop at this location.
