Stopped in to check prices and comfort levels of mattresses that I was considering purchasing online. I was immediately greeted by both store employees. Johnathan introduced himself to me and began to assess my needs and explained the differences in the mattresses and adjustable bases. After trying several different options I decided on a mattress and base. Johnathan gave me a great deal and quick delivery date. I can’t wait to get it home and catch some zzzzs.

Great buying experience! We were in the market for a mattress for our teen son and went into Mattress Firm. Richard our sales rep was awesome with my son, listened to our needs and budget and worked with my son directly while also including me in the conversation and explaining things that the teen didn’t care about. I appreciated him staying within our budget, not trying to talk me into a more expensive mattress and was respectful of our budget! His co- worker put together a bundle with pillow, mattress protector, sheets, and pillow that very affordable and my son was able to get the pillow he really liked. It was a great buying experience and would definitely refer Mattress Firm and their employees!
