I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm last year on Black Friday and not only was it a great deal, it is also an excellent mattress and - my favorite part - it was a stress-free purchase. So, this year, also on Black Friday, I gifted my parents a new mattress as well. The purchase was also seamless. Cecilia was absolutely amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable, and PATIENT with my two treasures who weren’t sure how to pick out a mattress or what to look for. They delivered the new mattress on time, took away the old one, and installed everything without my parents having to move a finger. They’re happy, I’m happy. The mattress I bought is amazing, my mom’s spinal issues have significantly reduced since this purchase, and knowing she feels better is about the only thing I need to be happy. Thank you Cecilia for making this possible!!!

I bought an adjustable mattress today. Monica Rivera was the salesperson and she was excellent. She wasn’t pushy ( something that results in my leaving) and explained very well about the different mattresses. She was very patient. I was slightly anxious when i arrived at the store but Monica put me at ease.
