We went in today to take advantage of the Labor Day sale. We were greeted by a gentleman with a very happy attitude who approached us and introduced himself as Gregg. He asked how he could help us today and we informed him we were in need of a new bed. He asked us a few simple questions and then showed us some options that he thought would work well for us and was very knowledgeable of each item. Long story short we purchased a new bed today and Gregg made the whole experience very pleasant! We were laughing as we concluded the deal and we really enjoyed dealing with him. What a professional and pleasant gentleman! Looking forward to our new bed arriving in a few days. We will definitely return to Mattress Firm for any future bedding needs and hope we get lucky enough to deal once again with Gregg!

From the beginning, Harrison was very professional and worked with us even when we had a verification issue with one of the financing institutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us into anything. When we had to return on another day due the verification issue, we worked with Gregg who then helped us achieve the goal in mind. These guys are awesome and they have a great team. They gave us the option for home delivery and set up and worked around our schedule for that as well. Overall we will definitely recommend and are highly satisfied with this experience! We now have a new comfortable bed that was affordable and look forward to our future night's rest!
