My sleep expert, Mark, was phenomenal. He was very patient with me while I flitted all over the store, trying out the many mattresses. He even gave me all sorts of different pillows to try. I didn’t purchase anything the first time I visited the store, but I returned a couple of days later and bought everything I needed. Mark was so knowledgeable about the products, and he didn’t give me even an ounce of pressure sales. That was important to me. He stayed in touch, letting me know all the discounts he was able to pull together for me. I would recommend Mark and Mattress Firm over and over again. They have a great team out there.

I started my search for a new queen bed at the County Road Mattress Firm store and was very pleased with the product and the sales person Denise . In my search she suggested I visit the Blanding Road store to try a mattress she did not have on display. From there I came home with a bill of sale from Bradley for a mattress I look forward to sleeping on. The expertise, professionalism and demeanor of Denise and Bradley is outstanding. It is obviously noticeable that they love and believe in what they sell. Again, I look forward to the delivery and use of my Mattress Firm bed with an adjustable base.
