Big John was outstanding in every way. He took time to listen to my mother-in-law’s current mattress issues. He explained the details of the mattress types, that would best meet her needs and then let her try out each mattress in that category. The package he put together saved her some money and helped her to get a top quality mattress and adjustable frame at a price point she could be happy with!

I went to the Mattress Firm in search of a good quality mattress. I was approached by a gentleman who called himself “Big John”. He asked many questions about what I was looking for and what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I settled on an adjustable, plush, cooling mattress. I am looking forward to getting this mattress set up. Big John was great. He listened and gave input when needed.

Our rep Big Jon was very knowledgeable and extremely cordial. He took time to thoroughly educate us about his different product lines and helped with comparing our needs to a particular mattress. We have not yet received the mattress but after we do. And get to sleep on it awhile I will update this review. I strongly recommend you speak with Big Jon when you shop for a mattress.

Candace and John were very knowledgeable attentive and courteous. They knew what they were talking about which is wonderful! John even answered the phone a few minutes prior to opening and gave me great service. Because of him I drove to their store. And what a welcome surprise to have Candace as well .
