As first time mattress buyers I did my fair share of research. I thought I knew enough to get by, but our sales rep Bill knew the whole 9yards. He listened to wants and needs and was excited to help us choose our big kid purchase. Bill was completely honest and knowledgeable in how things worked. When you think going to buy a mattress or furniture, sometimes people feel nervous about getting wrangled into the highest price. But that was NOT our experience. Our guy wanted what was best and worked well with our budget. I’d highly recommend going to this mattress firm for ALL mattress needs. When I tell you they are the best, you better believe.

We needed a new bed and went to Mattress Firm to check out the selection. The salesman Hany was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features of the mattresses and adjustable bases. He was so pleasant and let us take all the time needed to make our decision. After trying many beds in the showroom We decided to buy a Temper-Pedic. Thankyou Hany ! We appreciate all your hard work!
