This was the easiest and most hassle free purchase experience we've had in years. From the time we ordered in the store yesterday, to our delivery today, we absolutely loved every part of the Mattress Firm experience. Alex, our mattress expert, was polite and professional. As far as the buying process went, I have no complaints. We dealt with Logan and he was awesome... On G! He showed us exactly what we were interested in seeing, gave us a couple of options and then gave us plenty of time to talk it over & come to a decision on what we wanted to purchase. There was no pressure & no underhanded tactics. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Obviously, we'll have to wait & see what we get when delivery takes place (very fast, btw, as soon as next day was available) - but for now I have zero bad things to say. Thank you, Logan. As an aside, both of the other gentlemen in the office there were super friendly as well.

Logan was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable of the products that were sold in the store. What I like most about Logan is he never made us feel pressured to buy a mattress. We went to another local competitor and we didn’t feel pressured there either, but just didn’t like their products as much. Prices are very competitive as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.
