Samantha and Beth were running the store when we arrived looking for a replacement bed for our teenage daughter. They were both super friendly and generous with their time and attention to our needs. We appreciate the fast work and assistance we received today. Samantha went out of her way to help explain the types of beds and work the best deal she could on a really comfortable bed! Wonderful showroom which had two of the gorgeous Chattam and Wells beds on display for me to try. Sam was super helpful and John as well. I didn’t have to wait for service and I was in and out in :30mins. Excited to get my new plush high quality bed for my new house!

I got exceptional help choosing the perfect mattress. It was delivered for free the next day which was great. The delivery person Roberto delivered it in a courteous, pleasant manner. Beth was knowledgeable and able to provide multiple options. She was able to answer all my questions but did not overwhelm. She gave me a great break down of the specific facts so I could be confident in my choice. She provided all the information in written form which helped me evaluate the and do cost comparisons on my own time. She even presented facts that I would not have originally considered, and ultimately allowed us to make a choice that would best fit our personal needs. No up sale and no pressure. We can not wait for our new bed and base to arrive. Good night sleep, here we come!

Mattress Firm management, I am taking the time to review my experience because although the delivery process became complicated and I ordered a full instead of queen, you have an employee that went above and beyond to remedy ALL issues thrown at her. Samantha Caldwell not only made every obstacle go away, but she was a joy to work with. She showed extreme competence with her understanding of your ordering/delivery protocol, and she put me at ease so I can travel from my St. Augustine condo to my home in Pittsburgh with 2 beautiful mattresses and bases in place.
